I am so full of inspiration lately, but unfortunately I don't have the time to draw out my ideas. All I have are 5 second scribbles in a notepad which hopefully, 5 months from now, will still be recognizable to me.

I've been frantically working on my thesis, and its... really rough. I don't even have anything I'd like to share yet. This is really stressing me out. Ive got until the first week of march to finish 12 paintings. Thats at least two paintings a week. UM.

Im doing my thesis based on the book "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding. One thing I've realized while working on this project is that the environment in an image is often more important than the characters themselves.

Long story short, I'm really getting more into doing intricate backgrounds, and less about the characters themselves.

went camping this past week. came home with 19 bruises, 1 burn, countless bug bites, and a new gun.
my internet was also down, and 2 days later when i finally got it working again, i went to deviantart, stared blankly at the new layout, and went to read a book.

DAMN IT I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THIS IMAGE SINCE AUGUST.
or more like I started it in august then didn't have time during the school year to work on it too much. I restarted it 3 times. I don't know what I'm doing. I fail at color theory, but I'll figure it out eventually.

On another note, was goofing around at the park with my pals last night. We were out by a lake at two in the morning yelling at ducks*** (wtf don't they sleep?).
Eventually we got cold and went back to the car. As soon as we get in, cops pull up next to us and are all "HEY WHATS GOIN ON HERE IS THIS YOUR CAR HAVE YOU BEEN SMOKIN POT?" and blinded us with their flashlights and scared us with their sirens. We didn't even do... anything. We got in the car. So basically we got pulled over for being pulled over. LOL WUT.

This past week:

monday: went to eye doctor, got stronger prescription and new frames. (fuckin armani glasses. i feel like such a tool. but they look great on me) arts & crafts with my best friend- we're making costumes. i can't say what, its a secret.

tuesday: cleaned the house, designed website banners for my bro who is supposed to be doing it all by himself.

wednesday, thursday: ran off with best friend to a cabin in the woods in the middle of nowhere.
we hacked a lot of stuff into little pieces and set them on fire in the middle of the night. it was great.

friday: power went out in our cabin so we decided to head back home early. not because we're wussies but we really didn't have a reason to be out there in the first place and we were sore from all the fun times we had DESTROYING STUFF OH YEA. lol we have a lot of anger bcuz no1 understndz our pain and we hurt so deep.


tomorrow: Gotta go build a shed tomorrow, ALRIGHT!! </fake enthusiasm>

had an awesome week with my best bud. wednesday i went to her house and got shitfaced, was hungover thursday and we went out and got fancy bras which we ended up sewing sequins and pretty beads to. we plan on wearing them to paganfest on thursday oh man im so excited. we like to dress up like whores. yea. on friday we went on a shopping spree and saw the harold and kumar movie with some other people. it was awesome you guys, you should see it. i got a ride home at like 1 this morning with my other friend and we almost got killed so that kinda sucked. rainy highway in the dark... almost got hit by an 18 wheeler... uh 6_9 yeeea but we're both ok.


i haven't drawn anything since i got out of school. damn im so tired of drawing.

So my bro finally canceled my Napster subscription. Over the past three months I ~~LEGALLY~~ (so proud of myself for that) downloaded 89 artists. Over 2900 songs. Holy shit I have so much music now I don't even know what to listen to ♥♥♥

Also backed up lots of files onto CDs and cleared a lot of space on my harddrive. I haven't done this in about 2 years so it was about time Compy got a good cleaning.

Now I just gotta clean the rest of my room. Something smells funky :|

I fell in love last night :'D The world is beautiful again.

So halfway through the year my drawing teacher decided she wants to collect our sketchbooks to make sure we've been doing small life drawings and experimenting with different mediums and styles in them. Which I have been doing, but the majority of my sketchbook is filled with private stuff. Or actually now that I think about it, no, not really lol. But I don't let anyone look at it nonetheless. So anyway, I sectioned off part of it with my rubberband and when I gave it to her I asked her not to go through those pages or read my notes and stuff.

Later on she holds up everyone's book and flips through the pages so we kinda get the idea of what other people are doing. And then we get to my book. She flips through some pages, gets to the rubberband, and announces "Oh we've reached the restricted area of the book. This is for adults only oooooooo~~~~" And the entire class looks at me and also goes "ooooo", and I kinda just. Handface. Nnnnngh.


This amuses me because yea, some of those pages did have porns :9

It is very likely that I will not get any of this work done.
